Dolores Ann Regenold (Cmiel)

Dolores Ann Regenold (Cmiel), 74, of St. Paul passed away peacefully on January 23, 2022, at Region’s Hospital. She was born on March 29, 1947, in Minneapolis, the daughter of Frank H. and Mary (Zahurones) Cmiel. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers-in-law, Thomas Heller (Dorothy), Robert Regenold, Adrian Langhus, and sister-in-law, Lorraine Langhus (Regenold). Dolores graduated from Mounds View High School, class of 1965. Following graduation, she attended Anoka Ramsey Community College. During this time, she met her loving husband, Dennis J. Regenold (75) of Como Park. They celebrated 51 years of marriage in October and have three children, Valerie Regenold, Janel Voerster, and Cheryl Josephson (Dewey) plus two grandchildren, Mia Josephson and Dewey Josephson III. She is also survived by her brothers, Frank Cmiel (Krismar), Elmer Cmiel (Pat), David Cmiel (Diane), brother-in-law, Ronald Regenold (Janet), and sister, Dorothy Heller. Dolores enjoyed painting, spending time with her grandchildren, and writing cards to various loved ones. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and wife and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 2, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 515 S. Albert St, St. Paul, at 11AM. Visitation one hour prior.
